Describtion of ductile iron DI expansion joint:
Power delivery joint is applicable for the pipeline which joints with flange on the both sides. Ajust the installation length to the flange on the both sides when installing, screw the bolts firmly one by one to make it as a whole with somewhat displacement. It is convenient to adjust on the spot when installs and maintains it later. This product can deliver axial power to the whole pipe when it is working.
Structure of ductile iron DI expansion joint:
Power delivery joints of Runtaida are made of Valve body, Gasket,follower, limited short pipe, stud, nut.Main material is carbon steel with a good stiffness performance.limited bolt and nut are made of galvanized carbon steel in order to slow the degree of oxidation.
Feature of ductile iron DI expansion joint :
Three flange dismantling adaptor is made strictly of high strength carbon steel or stainless steel using high-quality rubber,with rubber elastic deformation by compression principle, and is sealed under the action of gland and bolts. Steel dismantling joint is used for both sides flange connected pipes, which can be easy for installation and maintenance replacement to pumps and valves. It is the most ideal pipe installation and operation supporting products.
